Return Policy for Bikes

We aim for you to enjoy your new bike! If it’s not the ideal fit, here’s how our return procedure functions

  1. Eligibility:
    • Bikes can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • The bikes needs to be unused, in its original state, and come with all packaging.
  2. Return Process:
    • Contact our customer service team at admin@starkfuture.us.com to initiate a return.
    • We’ll provide a prepaid return label or instructions for returning the bike.
  3. Refunds:
    • Once we receive the bike and inspect it, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  4. Exchanges:
    • Need a different model or size? Let us know, and we’ll arrange an exchange quickly.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If your bike arrives damaged or with defects, contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.
